When making your purchase please be sure to check your cart to make any adjustments before finalizing your order. All units come customized and bundles come in its natural form, as is. Our hair can be dyed and thermally styled to your liking. For best results, we highly recommend going to a professional stylist for your installations. Please refer to the “BR Collection Care Card” in your package on how to maintain your hair at home.  Hair By LaShay LLC. and its business  affiliates is  NOT responsible for packages that have been lost and/or stolen due to the miss handling of its shipping affiliate (USPS). Please refer to the main site of the shipping handler to file any complaints associated with your package and its insurance to retrieve some portion of your money.

Shipping:

Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days for delivery within the U.S. after it has been through the processing time allotted. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order departs our facilities (approx. 5 business days) Please note that, once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777).
